Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your SFTLY pieces. If something doesn’t work out, you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. • Items must be in original condition (no stains, scents, or damage). • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake with your order. • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
